(a) Write a note on Computer language and its Classification.
Ans- The computer language is defined as code or syntax which is used to write programs or any specific applications. The computer language is used to communicate with computers. Broadly the computer language can be classified into three categories assembly language, machine language, and high-level language.

(b) Describe the following:
(i) Recycle Bin:- The Recycle Bin in used by Windows computers to store deleted items. It temporarily stores files and folders before they are permanently deleted.The Recycle Bin window allows you to delete items individually or restore them to their original location.
(ii) Quitting a Programme:- Quitting a program means to stop a program after the program has finishe it work.
3. Answer any one of the following questions.
(a) Define: (i) Navigating worksheet
Ans- Navigating worksheets in Excel lets you view different worksheets in a workbook. To move from one worksheet to another, click the worksheet name tab of the worksheet to view. The worksheet name tabs appear in the lower-left corner of the workbook. You can also use keyboard shortcuts to navigate worksheets in Excel.
(ii) Insert cells and rows
Ans- Shift Cells
Right shifts existing cells to the right to make room for the blank cells you want to insert. Shift Cells Down instructs Excel to shift existing cells down. This is the default option. Entire Row inserts complete rows in the cell range.

Ans- The different components of a chart are:
1. Chart Area- Chart area includes all the area and objects in the chart.
2. Category Axis- Category axis or X-axis is the horizontal axis of a chart.
3. Value Axis- Value axis or Y-axis is the vertical axis used to plot the values. It is located at the left side.
4. Category Name- Category names are the labels, which are displayed on the X and Y-axis.
5. Chart Title- It describes the aim and contents of the chart.
5. Answer any one of the following questions.
(a) How do you insert a picture bullets in slides.
Ans- Steps to insert a picture bullets in slides are:
Step 1: Select one or more points from your bullet list and open the Bullet menu from the Home tab. Click Bullets and Numbering to proceed further.
Step 2: From the Bulleted tab select Picture to pick an online or offline image to use for your bullet point(s). You can also go to ‘Customize’ to pick a symbol as your bullet.
Step 3: You can pick an image from your computer or via Bing Search to include in your bullet list. If you login to your Microsoft account you will also be able to import images via Facebook, Flickr and OneDrive.
