Light Pen:
Light Pen is basically used for Teaching and Business purposes, some teachers find writing in black board with chalk and rubbing it and doing so on, The technology has improved, They can easily use the light pen to write on the Smart Board, Star Board or any board controlled by a CPU, Projector, They easily write on the board and keep going down and down until they finish.
Plotter:
A piece of equipment that marks out points on a chart, That’s all I know about Plotter, I since dunno anything about it. “What we learnt is Handful and what are there to learn are infinite”.

Ans- Folder is a thing in operating system in which we store many things such as movies, games and images. There are folder’s in the folder.
How to Create Folder in Operating system.
Step 1 – Go the the local disks and choose the place where you want to crate folder.
Step 2 – Right- click on the screen.
Step 3 – Click on new. Then click on folder.
Step 4 – Now it will appear on the screen. If you want then you can give It any name.

(a) The manager of a xyz organisation is preparing the organizational chart. Which feature of MSExcel he/she will use to do so? Also write the steps for this.
Ans- An organizational chart is made in order to show the structure of an organization, showing the employees working and who are they answerable to. The use of SmartArt graphic MS-Excel will help her make the chart.
Add the Assitance box to the layout of the organizational chart, a bullet with a text pane attached to the text box. There are other hierarchical charts too for making the organizational chart but the assistant box is just available with organizational chart layout which will help her in creating the chart easily.
To make the chart look more colorful the effects can also be added with the help of assistant box.
